Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?
A: We cannot hold a property without an approved application.
Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A: Tenants will pay the security deposit and any rent due from the date of move in through the end of month. First month’s rent may be prorated if the tenants isn’t moving on the 1st of the month.
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: The deposit is fully refundable as long as there is no damage.

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: Supreme Real Estate Services invites you to pay through our payment portal to make monthly rent payments easy. You can select to Auto Pay through the portal as well. We also offer an ACH option.
Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: Please contact Supreme Real Estate Services if you have a maintenance concern. You can enter your request in our Maintenance Portal online. Tenants are not responsible for repair costs.
