MARKETING
Marketing is key to successful rentals. SRES provides an expert market analysis for each property we manage to maximize your return on investment. All listings are placed in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) as well as our local platform – both of which syndicate to a number of local, and even national, rental and real estate sites.
TENANT SCREENING
We conduct extensive screening on all tenants and handle everything from moving your qualified tenant into their new home, to rent collection, to handling maintenance issues.
RENT COLLECTION & PROCEEDS
We streamline this process! Rents are due on the first and considered late if not paid by the third of the month. We are very aggressive about rent collections and we will work hard to get you paid on time each month. Late charges are enforced and if necessary we know all the steps to take in the event the rent is not paid. This includes action to evict the tenant. We make sure you get paid on time, every time. You no longer have to worry about rent not showing up in your bank account because we take care of everything so you have to worry about nothing.
MAINTENANCE
We evaluate and document property conditions at move-in as well as move-out, and compile a list of necessary repairs. We have long-standing relationships with many dependable maintenance vendors. Many of our vendors specialize in their own distinctive trade while others offer a broad range of services. We will recommend the best contact for the job and confidently know they will go above and beyond to achieve the most cost-effective approach possible!
We will also make suggestions for upgrades to the home to help you budget for larger projects in the future while keeping your home up-to-date for future resale value. Our number one goal is to lower your expenses while taking great care of your property!
